Meet the Owner

Hi, my name is Jenna and I own Portland Creative Framing, a custom frame shop specializing in conservation framing and unique designs with two locations, one in the Lents neighborhood of SE Portland, and a second shop I recently opened near Reed college on SE Holgate at 28th. 

I’ve been framing for nearly 20 years and have dedicated myself to learning everything I can about the craft, the history of picture frames, art styles, framing techniques and conservation methods for things such as fine art, textiles large and small, oil paintings and so much more.

Working at the Portland art museum as the in-house framer for several years added to my confidence in handling important works of fine art. This confidence carries over into my own shop when handling your art, be it fine art, kids drawings, collectible posters, family photos, or whatever you bring in.

When it comes to framing design, there are many right options for each piece. My years of experience and love of the craft help guide us to find the right option for your taste and budget. If you have something specific in mind or you need a framing design guide I will show you all sorts of good options while listening and responding to your preferences. It’s fun!
