Our Process

Pick the day & time you’d like to meet with one of our framing professionals at one of our two locations.

During your consultation we will sit at our large design table together, look at each piece you have brought with you, and discover and discuss the many design options for your art.
If you have a vision in mind, great. If you need suggestions the entire way through, we can do that too. Our goal is to find a great design at a cost you feel comfortable with. First and foremost we are a conservation framing shop. When it is necessary we use conservation techniques to preserve and protect your art and objects. -
Once we have selected a unique design for your art, we will ask for 50% deposit. Most projects take between 2-3 weeks to complete (depending on my work queue and where items are ordered from).
Once we have completed your order, you will get a text (or call or email depending on your preference) that your project is ready for pick up. At pick up we will include the correct hanging hardware for each of your pieces so it’s ready to hang on the wall once you get it home. There are lots of ways to safely hang art to your walls and we will discuss your options depending on the frame selection, size of your piece as well as the type of walls: lath and plaster, drywall, brick or concrete, etc.

We guarantee our work. If you find you aren’t satisfied, we will make it right. Our main goal is for you to have an excellent experience with us and for you to love your framed art once it is home.
